Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Walzon Seller (the “Service”), including the website and browser extension, operated by DAENZY LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Walzon Seller is a product research tool for online resellers. It shows product prices, estimated fees, estimated profit, sales rank, seller information and related data for products on marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, and helps you track your purchases.

2. Estimates, not guarantees

Prices, fees, sales estimates, profit, ROI, IP-risk flags and AI recommendations are estimates based on third-party data that can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Marketplaces change their fees and rules at any time. Always confirm fees in Amazon Seller Central or Walmart Seller Center, check whether you are approved to sell a brand or category, and make your own buying decisions. We are not responsible for losses from decisions made using the Service.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person unless your plan says otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or try to break or overload the Service; scrape, resell or redistribute our data; share your account; use the Service to violate any marketplace’s rules, intellectual property rights or the law; or reverse-engineer the Service or extension.

5. Marketplaces and third parties

Walzon Seller is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon, Walmart, Alibaba or any other marketplace. Their names are used only to describe compatibility. When you connect a marketplace account, you remain bound by that marketplace’s terms, and you can disconnect at any time.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

Some features require a paid plan. Prices and limits are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Scan limits reset each billing month.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and content belong to DAENZY LLC. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DAENZY LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or inventory losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
