Privacy Policy

Walzon Seller (the “Service”) is operated by DAENZY LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Walzon Seller website, browser extension and related services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash; we never see or store your password in plain text.

Product research data. Products you scan or search (ASIN, UPC, links, product names), the buy prices you enter, and the results we calculate (prices, fees, profit, sales rank, sellers).

Purchase records you choose to import. When you press “Import orders” in our browser extension on a store’s order page (for example Walmart or Alibaba), we read the orders shown on that page — product names, quantities, prices, order numbers and dates — and save them to your account. We do not collect your store login, password or payment details, and nothing is read until you press the button.

Browser extension. On Amazon and Walmart product pages, the extension reads public product information shown on the page (title, price, rating, image, sales rank) to display it in the Walzon panel and to run scans you request. It does not track your browsing on other websites.

Marketplace account data (when available). If you connect an Amazon or Walmart seller account in the future, we will access only the data needed for the features you turn on (such as listings, pricing, inventory and fulfillment), using the official authorization of that marketplace. You can disconnect at any time.

Technical data. Basic logs such as IP address, browser type and request times, used for security and to fix problems.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service: to run product scans and calculations, show your history and purchases, send account emails (such as verification and password reset codes), provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for their task:

• Hosting and database: Vercel, Railway, Supabase
• Product data: Rainforest API and BlueCart API (Traject Data), and Google Shopping results via SerpApi — we send product identifiers or names, not your personal details
• Email delivery: Brevo (for verification and password reset codes)
• Payments (when paid plans are enabled): Stripe — card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us
• AI recommendations (Pro and Elite plans): OpenAI — we send product and pricing data, not your personal details

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

4. Security

All connections use HTTPS encryption. Passwords are hashed, verification codes are hashed and expire after 15 minutes, and access to our systems is limited to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual purchases in the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@walzonseller.com; we will complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law. If you disconnect a marketplace account, we stop accessing it and delete data obtained from it within 30 days.

6. Your choices and rights

You can access and update your profile in Settings, request a copy or deletion of your data, and stop using the extension at any time by disabling or removing it in your browser. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights to know, correct or delete your information; contact us to use them.

7. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
